Le stesse disparit\u00e0 esistono nel numero di donne che sono allenatrici o allenatrici e nel numero di donne che occupano posizioni di leadership all&#039;interno di club o organizzazioni sportive. Uno degli ostacoli pi\u00f9 importanti che impedisce alle donne in generale di partecipare all&#039;attivit\u00e0 fisica \u00e8 la mancanza di assistenza all&#039;infanzia disponibile e l&#039;alto costo dell&#039;assistenza all&#039;infanzia.<\/p><p>FAMS mira a bilanciare la sottorappresentazione di donne e madri nello sport, perseguendo cos\u00ec la promozione dell&#039;occupabilit\u00e0 attraverso lo sport e l&#039;incoraggiamento dell&#039;inclusione sociale e delle pari opportunit\u00e0 nello sport. In particolare, FAMS mira a promuovere l&#039;uguaglianza di genere nell&#039;allenamento e nell&#039;insegnamento sportivo e raggiungere una pari rappresentanza e sensibilit\u00e0 di genere nel processo decisionale.
